NH Real Estate Continuing Education Course
The Richard Berman School of Auctioneering for Real Estate is fully accredited by the
NH Real Estate Commission. We offer a 3-hour elective course #387:
Understanding and Using Real Estate Auctions 102. The school is a division of Berman Real
Estate & Auctioning Inc.
Any scheduled course may be taught to private groups. (minimum group size
might apply) throughout NH by instructor Richard C. Berman. Mr. Berman has 45 years
of combined experience as a Realtor® and Auctioneer. He is a member of the
National Association of Realtors®, The NH Association of Realtors®, and the National
Association of Auctioneers.
Course E387 is to designed to provide a good basic understanding of auction laws,
terms and conditions.
