NH Real Estate Continuing Education Course
The Richard Berman School of Auctioneering for Real Estate is fully accretited by the NH Real Estate Commission. We offer a 3 credit hour elective course #E387: Marketing Real Estate by Auction I. The school is a division of Berman Real Estate & Auctioning Inc.
Any scheduled course may also be taught to private groups (minimum group size might apply) throughout NH by instructor, Richard Berman. Mr. Berman has 45 years of combined experience as a Realtor® and Auctioneer. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, The NH Association of Realtors®, The National Association of Auctioneers, The NH Association of Auctioneers.
Course #E387 is designed to provide a good basic understanding of auctioning laws, terms, and conditions so professional real estate agents can guide their clients and customers through the process.
An advanced course II is presently being written.
