Course #E387 Marketing Real Estate by Auction
This course is approved by the NH Real Estate Commission. It is intended to provide an understanding of how marketing by auction benefits sellers, buyers and Realtors®.
It covers the 3 types of auctions, Absolute, Reserve, and Minimum Bid; as well as the legal aspects of Sect. 2-328 of the UCC. Auction Terms and Conditions are clearly explained.
