Auction Seminars

Richard Berman is available to provide educational seminars on topics related to understanding and participating at auctions for first-timers to experienced attendees.

Berman’s style can best be described as educationally entertaining.  The subject matter can be tailored to fit your organizations specific goal and   time schedule.

Berman has over 40 years of actual experience as a licensed professional Realtor® and Auctioneer.

He has conducted numerous real estate, charity benefit, personal property and court ordered auctions. 

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, National Auctioneers Association, NH Association of Realtors®, NH Association of Auctioneers. Richard is presently serving on the NH State Board of Auctioneers.

He has been a featured speaker at the National Association of Auctioneers International Convention, Realtor® board annual meetings, Rotary club, and many other civic and professional groups.

Berman has had articles printed in the National Association of Realtor’s® and the National Auctioneer’s Associations national publications.   

He is a member of Toastmasters International and holds the designation of CTM, Competent Toastmaster.

Fees are arranged on an hourly basis plus travel, and accommodations.
Optional professional sound equipment is available for large groups.
